Getting ready for the Festival...

Here's a checklist that might help! Let me know if we need to put anything else up here!

Parents:

I have just a few outstanding monies that need to be collected.

Also, we have asked for monies in the past that will be used for food, snacks, gas, misc. during the week.

We are asking for $150 in cash to be given to Erin Plowman before we leave.

Lastly, the flight... $225.00, covers the coach and chaperone flights as well. 

If you could please write this check to Pacific VBC and send it in the mail to the address above.

PS. A couple years ago, (in Reno) I took A LOT of pictures of the girls and put together an album that the parents could buy...

I'll have my camera with me, and I'll probably take a lot of pictures, BUT if you are interested in an album with a 

collection of all the shots laid out,... please let me know.

Flight Information:

June 27th ~ Depart Burbank 8:25am, arriving in Phoenix 9:50am (be at Burbank by 6:45am)(better early than late!)

July 4th ~ Flight 1625 Departs Phoenix @ 11:35am, arriving in Burbank @ 12:55pm
